It's "The Talk of The Town", make it a place where you have a chance to be heard in a constructive & useful way.How can we make it easier to do business,share your ideas & thoughts to improve our Village or our way of life. Maybe a change in our politics or representatives,our laws etc.We must not forget our volunteers who give their valuable time unselfishly to assist others.These people make our Town & Village what it is today-they deserve constant praise & thank you.

You might do well to visit us at the Croquet Your Way website. We do large scale community Croquet tournaments for fun, fund-raising and friend-raising for non-profits and team-building for any organization. Croquet is a family, small town Americana thing. Sounds a lot like Millerton.

Good morning. The photo entitled "Memorial Day Celebration' is, I believe, actually an October dedication ceremony at which hundreds of Veterans, school children, local dignitaries and personalities gathered with current and former residents gathered to unveil the monument erected as a tribute to our town's veterans. In a way it was a Memorial Day celebration, but for our town it was quite a bit more than an annual May Memorial Day tribute.
Thank you so much for setting us straight. We have so many pictures of local events in our files. I will ask the administrator to make the necessary changes. You have to admit though, Millerton knows how to hold a celebration!
